Bike MS: Round-Up Ride is more than a ride. Join us on Saturday, June 1, , and choose to ride , 50, or 20 miles with 1, other cyclists of all abilities.
Ride at an easy effort on a mostly flat course.
Low effort--light on pedals. Comfortably high cadence.
Warm up for about 15 minutes. Then ride primarily at a moderate effort on a rolling course. Stay in the saddle on small hills to build and maintain hip strength.
Use both small and big chain rings. The tour is equipped with transportation, mechanical and first aid support.

Those include a Team jersey, Saturday night tent rice at the campsite, cots or space for your own air ms 150 bike rideshowers and toilets, and catered meals. If you are a Branford bike Methodist employee, there are no additional Team fees.
However, we do charge a Team fee for riders not directly employed by Houston Methodist. The fee is payable by credit card at the end of the questionnaire. Our committee is working on the design for our Team jersey.
